Caroline has served on staff with North Metro Church for ECHO since 2006 and has been full-time as Assistant Director of Young Adults Ministry since 2008. Having been a part of the ministry since its beginning in 2005, Caroline has a passion for leading worship, working with the ECHO team, and investing in the lives of women. She can also be found  be found hanging with friends and family, singing, and watching her favorite TV shows. Originally from Marietta, GA, Caroline graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2008. She has previously served in East Asia during spring break from 2006-2009. Caroline is married to Eugene Fidell.
